FLEX-ES Information

This page is really primarily of historical interest, describing the FLEX-ES based zFrames as they were produced at the end of their availability in late 2006. Due to IBM restrictions in software licensing and licensing of IBM patents, the FLEX-ES based zFr4ames are no longer available, although hundreds of FLEX-ES based systems continue to function.

- There are also IBM PWD specific models of the zFrame, referred to as the
zDev. These are available in 35 MIPS Thinkpad based , or server based 35,
65, 110, and 140 MIPS models.
